ESTA Electric Control Applicator
ESTA crimping applicator is an upgraded version of the common loose terminal crimping applicator, which uses a pneumatic pulling mechanism. Placing the material and crimping is in two areas to ensure the quality of the crimping while effectively ensuring the safety of the operator. The applicator has the advantages of easy adjustment, stable feeding and safe operation, and can be widely used in the field of wire harness processing. HACINT crimping machine pedal is connected with electric control box pedal, and control wire is connected with the machine by the electric control part on applicator to realize the co-operation. The crimping procedure is divided into two types: Full-auto: Put in the terminal and wire, and step the pedal, then the applicator and the crimping machine are combined to complete the clamping of cylinder. Pull back the pulling cylinder, the machine starts crimping. The pulling cylinder and the clamping cylinder are opened; Semi-auto: Put in the terminal and wire, press the inching button for the first time, the clamping cylinder to clamp wires, press the inching button the second time to pull the pulling cylinder back, then step the pedal to complete the crimping, press the inching button the third time to pull the pulling cylinder out, and press the inching button the fourth time to open the clamping cylinder.
