HBQ-902 Harness Processing Center can perform functions such as wire cutting, stripping, seal loading, crimping, inserting terminals into the connector, and visual inspection of terminal crimping for up to 48 wires. This saves a large amount of labor for wire harness manufacturing enterprises, effectively reduces the number of work-in-process products, and improves the enterprises' market response sensitivity and product quality. This machine measures the real-time angle and position of the terminal through laser scanning in cooperation with a servo motor, guiding the machine to insert the terminal accurately. At the same time, it calculates the deviation within the software to complete the terminal position compensation, which can better adapt to the situation of inserting terminals into multiple terminals simultaneously. It has better compatibility with a variety of terminal-inserting types and complex terminal-inserting processes. This type of machine adopts a modular design concept and can provide customized services. It can flexibly adjust the workstation layout according to the actual production situation of customers, and has good market adaptability.
