HBQ-054 stripping and plugging detection system is a detection system capable of online detection of stripping and plugging status. This system identifies defective products such as those with un - stripped insulation, copper wires completely cut by the stripping knife, and those without sealing through comparative measurement with qualified products. Thus, it effectively prevents situations where there is no core wire or no sealing during the crimping process. This system is an effective supplement to the pressure management CFM, reducing the risk of defective products flowing out.
