HBQ-G207 is an automatic cutting, riveting and screwing processing machine for photovoltaic wires. It can process both ends of photovoltaic connectors, and its functions include cutting (stripping), double - ended terminal riveting, connector assembly at both ends, and nut tightening at both ends. The overall layout of the machine adopts a modular design, realizing the short-wire turning-around and long-wire "U-shaped" double-processing modes, which features high efficiency and convenient debugging. This equipment is equipped with wire alignment detection, pressure management detection, solder visual inspection, wire-inserted-into-connector-in-place detection, and nut clearance visual inspection, ensuring reliable quality of customers' finished products and preventing defective products from flowing out.
