HBQ-G401B is a semi-automatic screw and inspection machine (V3.0). It is mainly used for tightening nuts of automotive fuse boxes or charging guns of EV. The torque values of nut tightening can be uploaded to the MES system in real -time for traceability. The machine has functions such as error-prevention for tightening multiple screws, error-prevention for the screw-tightening sequence, custom-setting of torque for tightening multiple screws, custom-setting of visual recipes, torque spot-check upon startup, product reading by scanning codes, high/low-torque alarm for electric screwdriver tightening, intelligent rework (which can be based on the binding of fuses and nuts), query of production logs. For the core part, the intelligent electric screwdriver uses CORETEC imported from Japan (can be customized according to customer requirements), and the host computer program software is developed by Hacint, which can meet the customized needs of customers.
