HBQ-G206 is an automatic photovoltaic cutting, riveting, twisting, and cable tie processing equipment. Its functions include cutting and stripping, riveting, connector nut tightening, twisting, and cable tie applying and so on. The overall layout adopts a modular design, ensuring high efficiency and convenient debugging. The important production processes of this equipment include inspection: it has functions such as wire alignment inspection, cable stripping inspection, pressure management inspection, wire insertion into connector misalignment inspection, nut gap visual inspection, cable winding, automatic cable tie tightening, cable tie tail cutting, and feeding under conveyor belt, ensuring reliable product quality for customers and preventing defective products from being released.
HBQ-G206 PV wire harness automatic machine includes a set of the cutting, riveting and screwing main machine, a set of the wire pay-off rack, a set of the wire storage rack, and a set of the wire winding and cable tie machine. The main machine can process wires with a length ranging from 200 to 1800mm, and is suitable for general photovoltaic cables with a wire diameter of φ5.7 to φ6.3 (1×4mm²). The wire pay-off rack can bear a maximum of 600kg of incoming coiled wire (drum).
