HBQ-G203C is an automatic PV Harness Machine. Its functions include cutting and stripping, terminal riveting, solder paste dispensing, welding, welding inspection, connector nut tightening, and visual inspection of nut clearance. The overall layout adopts a modular design, featuring high efficiency and convenient debugging. All important production processes of this equipment are inspected, including wire alignment inspection, pressure management inspection, welding inspection, wire insertion into connectors not in place inspection, and visual inspection of nut clearance, ensuring reliable quality of customer finished products and reducing the outflow of defective products.
HBQ-G203C complete machine includes a set of cutting, riveting, and twisting main unit, a set of wire feeder, a set of wire storage rack, and a set of vibration disc. The main unit can process wires with lengths ranging from 180 to 2000mm and can handle universal wire diameters from φ5.7 to φ6.3 (1×4mm²) for photovoltaic cables. The wire feeder can support a maximum load of 600kg of incoming wire (roller). The wire storage rack is equipped with a tensioning structure, and the tension can be adjusted by adding or removing weight blocks.
