HBQ-230A is applied to the hexagonal crimping and inspection of loose outer conductors for FAKRA wire harnesses. After the operator completes the manual assembly of the outer conductor, wire harness, and copper ring, the product is placed in the online position of the equipment. It undergoes depth inspection before crimping, hexagonal crimping, and depth inspection after crimping. Equipped with a high-precision GT displacement sensor from Keyence and a Hacint servo crimping machine, it significantly enhances production efficiency, accurately ensures product quality, and provides customers with an excellent cost-performance experience.
