HBQ-804H Automatic Crimping Machine is a type independently developed by Hacint for the wire harness industry, specifically targeting large square wire diameters. It features a six-station platform, in addition to the crimping station,it can be equipped with sealing workstation and visual inspection workstation. The equipment adopts a specially reinforced swing arm structure, equipped with an active wire feeding machine and an 8-ton crimping machine, capable of processing wire harnesses ranging from 6 - 16 square millimeters. Based on this platform, customized types for crimping loose terminals with heat-shrinkable tubes can be developed.
