The machine is mainly composed by machine frame, canvas tray, the balance arm, host computer, PLC, displayer. fixture.The fixture can be customized according to customer product appearance.
The equipment has proofing function for mistake and idle material. If screw setting not finished or tighten screw failure, the equipment will automatically hold and alarm, only the authorized personnel can relieve it, This can effectively prevent screw loose or defective materials flow into the next process.

①Start up and check to ensure high precision torque value of electric batch;
②If failed to reach the tightening value, the equipment will alarm and self-lock;
③Position alarm, encoder controls screw tightening axes, the corresponding axes will implement screw tightening;
④Quickmark recognition, using barcode scanner quickly identify products, and set torque value.
