HBQ-G420A is an automatic fuse - pressing machine, mainly used for pressing fuses into electrical boxes or other riveting products. The product pressure values can be uploaded to the MES system in real -time, and production logs can be queried for traceability. The machine has multiple application scenarios. The pressure stroke can be customized, and the pressure recipe can be adjusted DIY according to actual needs. The device is equipped with a visual inspection function, and the visual recipe can be set according to the actual product. It has a vibrating-disk feeding system and a mechanical magazine-type feeding system, which can realize the automatic pressing and installation of products such as fuses, relays, and slow-blow fuses, thus shortening the product processing cycle time (CT). There are four optional ways to read products by scanning codes: no barcode, fixed barcode, non-fixed barcode, and regular series barcode. It is widely applicable to various series of marked products. 
The host-computer program software is developed by Haichang Intelligence, which can meet the customized needs of customers. The whole machine mainly consists of a frame, a four-axis robot, a precision pressure sensor, an automatic feeding component, a host computer, a PLC, a display component, and a fixture. The fixture can be custom-designed according to the shape of the customer's product. The device has error-prevention and fool-proof functions. If the set product is not completely processed or the pressure fails, the machine will automatically lock the product and give an alarm. Only authorized personnel can unlock it, which can effectively prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.

Visual inspection: Performing visual inspection on products, which can identify characters, colors, shapes, presence or absence of black and white, etc;
Pressure alarm: If the pressure does not reach the standard range, the device will alarm and automatically lock to execute the repair procedure;
NOK failure alarm: According to product requirements, other failure modes beyond acceptable pressure can be identified, such as bent fuse pins;
Scanning recognition: Use a scanning gun to quickly identify products and bind process parameters;
Automatic feeding: Multi-station automatic feeding is adopted to shorten the processing cycle time (CT);
Pressure waveform: A precise pressure sensor is employed to record the pressure exerted on each product.

Equipped with a handheld controller, it facilitates quick adjustments at any position of the equipment;
Visual software management for rapid identification of problem causes;
● Operational safety:
The equipment is equipped with a safety light curtain and a pressure protection upper limit recognition function, and the safety door is equipped with a sensor recognition system to maximize personnel safety.
