HBQ-Z209 needs the operators load the terminal plugs manually and stores the plugs through a tray mechanism. But the plug feeding and inserting is automated. HBQ-Z209 is easy to operate and the work strength of the operators is reduced while the product quality and production efficiency are increased. Extra units and functions can be added according to the demand of customers, such as adding more inserting station and function of inserting two different plugs in the same housing and adding defectives detecting  modules to meet various process demands of automotive and wire harness.
