Autumn breezes bring refreshing air and red flags flutter. To foster the patriotism of all employees and rally strength for progress, Hacint held its annual National Day flag-raising ceremony. As a time-honored patriotic event of the company, it aims to inspire all Hacint staff to translate patriotic passion into concrete actions for in-depth development of intelligent manufacturing and breakthroughs in corporate growth.

On the morning of October 8th, the headquarters square was solemn. All employees lined up neatly for the ceremony. Yang Yongjun, Chairman of the Company, and Wu Jintao, General Manager, attended the event, joining all employees in Hebi for this solemn patriotic education activity.

At 8:20 a.m., the flag-raising ceremony kicked off on schedule in a solemn atmosphere. Smart and spirited flag guards marched in steady, uniform steps, escorting the bright Five-starred Red Flag towards the flag platform.

"Arise! Ye who refuse to be slaves!" As the majestic national anthem resounded, the flag raiser waved and unfurled the flag. The bright Five-starred Red Flag rose slowly amid autumn winds. All participants stood still, gazing at the flag with reverence and best wishes for the motherland. The Five-starred Red Flag flying high is a sincere tribute to our great nation, and reflects Hacint people’s original aspiration and mission to stick to the real economy and forge ahead.

After the flag-raising, General Manager Wu delivered a speech themed "Root and Weave Reliability Culture, Gather Strength for Steady Development". He stated that in the first year after listing, amid headwinds in the automotive industry, we must clearly recognize development challenges, continuously embed reliability thinking, and march toward the goal of "Sustain Excellence, Pursue All-round Superiority".

General Manager Wu put forward requirements for all colleagues from four dimensions:

1. Deliver Ultimate Value and Maintain Trusted Image Among Customers. Strive to be a trusted supplier of intelligent manufacturing system solutions, build customer recognition, steadily advance the development of localized overseas service and R&D capacity, continuously improve global service capabilities, and construct a reliable global service system.

2. Refine Processes and Deliver Industry-recognized Reliable Products. Products carry value. We adhere to the principle of "Ultimate Leadership, Ultimate Reliability, Ultimate Service". All product teams will deeply cultivate their sectors to ensure mass production upon launch and reliable mass output. We will consolidate responsibilities of R&D, production and engineering teams to guarantee consistent product quality in mass production.

3. Pursue Harmonious Coexistence and Become a Trusted Client in the Supply Chain. Uphold the cooperation philosophy of integrity, mutual trust and long-term win-win results, leverage advantages of all parties for coordinated development, and continuously optimize operational efficiency.

4. Take Initiative in Collaboration and Be Reliable Comrades for Colleagues. Encourage employees to take responsibility and cooperate proactively, foster a team atmosphere dedicated to undertaking business ventures, and energize the organization.
