HBQ-G501 Automatic Crimping Machine (second generation) is a kind of automatic wire harness processing equipment with one end crimping terminal and one end dipping tin. With functions of terminal crimping, seal loading (optional), terminal CCD appearance detection (optional), twisting wire, tin-dipping, etc.

The machine adopts modular design, high efficiency and easy debugging.

The equipment is equipped with terminal press detection, stripping CCD detection (optional), terminal appearance CCD detection (optional), NG cut off anti-stay (optional), micrometer (optional), tension meter (optional) to prevent defective products from flowing out.

The equipment can be connected to MES, and the key components supplied by well-known overseas & domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the equipment.

HBQ-G501 Automatic Crimping Machine including: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire-holding machine, wire take-up machine (customized according to customer length). The main machine can process 15mm-9999mm long wire, processing 0.04²-2² wire size. the efficiency can reach 4000pcs/H, the wire-holding machine can put a maximum of 400 coils of wire (drum), Equipped with pre-feeding function, the machine can keep wire length always same.

The whole machine adopts servo system and linear motion precision grinding screw guide, the structure is compact, the fastest speed can be up to 4100pcs/H;

Large wire diameter range (0.04-2mm²);

Stripping system adopts double station design, front and back stripping blade edge is convenient for debugging;

Embedded CFM can monitor product quality in real time, and automatically alarm and cut bad products.

Flux automatic reflux system to ensure the stability of dipping tin, reduce manual operation and improve operation rate;

Friendly PC interface, industrial computer control, easy to connect MES;
