HBQ-G501 automatic tin dipping machine (second generation) is a wire harness processing equipment that automatically crimps one end of the terminal and dips the other end with tin. Its functions include crimping and seal loading (optional), terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), wire twisting, tin dipping, etc. The overall layout adopts a modular design, featuring high efficiency and convenient debugging. The equipment is equipped with terminal pressure inspection, terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), NG cut-off fool-proofing (optional), micrometer (optional), and tensile tester (optional) to prevent defective products from being released. The equipment can be connected to the MES of factory, key components of the entire machine are sourced from either imported or well-known domestic brands to ensure equipment reliability.
HBQ-G501 automatic tin dipping machine (second generation), complete set includes: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire feeder, and wire retractor (customized according to customer’s needs). The main machine can process wires with a length ranging from 30 to 9,900 millimeters and cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.04 to 2 square millimeters. The main machine can achieve a maximum efficiency of 3600 pieces per hour, and the wire feeder can accommodate up to 400 rolls (drums) of wire as input material. It equipped with a pre-feeding wire function to prevent the situation where the lengths of wires are inconsistent.
