HBQ-G511B is an automatic wire harness processing equipment featuring double-ended crimping and single-ended shell insertion. Its functions include crimping, terminal CCD appearance inspection, terminal insertion force and pull-off force inspection, and terminal shell insertion, etc., suitable for automotive wire harnesses and home appliance electronic wires. The overall layout adopts a modular design, which ensures high efficiency and convenient debugging. It adopts modular changeover, which is efficient in changeover. The key components of the whole machine are imported or from well - known domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the equipment.
HBQ-G511B complete machine includes: 1 set of main machine and 1 set of wire laying machine. The main machine can process wires with lengths ranging from 50 to 1000 millimeters and cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.1 to 2.0 square millimeters.
