HBQ-218, designed for processing housing wires or twisted pair,is a semi-automatic machine where the operator manually inserts the wire into the feeding position, after which the equipment automatically performs functions like sealing, stripping, cutting, crimping, and connector insertion. Each functional unit can be independently activated or deactivated, which enhances the production efficiency and ensures consistent quality significantly . The stripping length and depth are adjustable by motor parameters, and the machine is equipped with vision inspection, pull-force tester and defective product cutter. It offers a cost-effective solution with high reliability.
