HBQ-G502 automatic crimping machine (second generation) is a wire harness processing equipment for fully automatic double-head crimping of terminals. Its functions include crimping, mid-stripping function (optional), and seal loading (optional), terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), housing loading (optional), and stripping function (optional), etc. The overall layout adopts a modular design, ensuring high efficiency,it is easy to debug. This equipment is equipped with terminal pressure detection and terminal CCD appearance detection (optional), preventing defective products from being released. The key components of the entire machine are sourced from imported or well-known domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the equipment. HBQ-G502 automatic crimping machine, complete set includes: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire feeder, and wire retractor (customized according to customer’s needs). The main machine can process wires with a length ranging from 35 to 9999 millimeters and cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.1~2 square millimeters, the fastest efficiency of the main machine can reach 3400~3600pcs/h (only double-head crimping, without enabling the middle stripper), and the wire feeder can feed up to 400 coils of wire(Roller) with pre-feeding wire function to prevent the situation where the lengths of wires are inconsistent, and optional tension meter and digital micrometer. 查看详情

The HBQ-G502C fully automatic double-headed rotating stripping and crimping machine is a harness processing equipment for fully automatic double-head terminal crimping . Its functions include terminal crimping, terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), rotating stripping function (optional), etc. The whole machine adopts a modular design, featuring high efficiency and convenient debugging. The equipment is equipped with terminal pressure detection and terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional) to prevent the outflow of defective products. The key components of the machine are imported or sourced from well-known domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the equipment. HBQ-G502C Fully Automatic Dual-End Rotary Stripping and Crimping Machine. The complete set includes: 1 host machine, 1 wire feeder, and a wire collector (customized to customer-specified length). The host machine can process wires with lengths ranging from 40mm to 9999mm and insulation outer diameters of 1~5mm. The maximum efficiency of the host machine reaches 3,000~3,200pcs/H (dual-end crimping only, without rotary stripping). The wire feeder is is customized according to the spool specifications and is equipped with a pre-feeding function to prevent wires from being of different lengths.
