HBQ-G502C automatic crimping machine is a wire harness processing machine for fully automatic double - head terminal crimping. Its functions include terminal crimping, terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), spiral - stripping function (optional), NG cutting module (optional), etc. The overall layout of the machine adopts a modular design, which is highly efficient and easy to debug. This machine is equipped with terminal pressure detection and terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional) to prevent defective products from flowing out.The key components of the whole machine are imported or from well - known domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the machine. HBQ-G502C automatic crimping machine includes: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire feeder, and a wire winder (customized according to customer’s needs). The main machine can process wires with a length of 80~9999mm and a cross - sectional area of 0.1~2.0mm2 (V - knife stripping mode) /wire outer diameter of φ1.0 ~ 4.0mm (spiral - stripping mode). The maximum efficiency of the main machine can reach 3000 ~3200pcs/h (only double - head crimping, without starting the spiral - stripping function). This unit mounts at the inlet side of the wires. The functions of straightening, feeding and switching wires are all in one. The wire could be prepared during the other wire are handling. CVS-A30 Terminal Detection System
The terminal inspection system is an integrated inspection system that encompasses stripping, seal loading defective detection, and crimp defective detection, It can be customized according to the detection requirements of customers, which involve separate processes for testing of stripping, seal loading and crimping; Stripping and seal loading detection can detect the defective items of stripping and seal loading after stripping, while the crimping detection can detect the defective items after crimping. In the detection of terminal appearance defects, the detection system can identify crimping defects that pressure detection equipment cannot recognize and detect.
