HBQ-G502C automatic crimping machine includes: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire feeder, and a wire winder (customized according to customer’s needs). The main machine can process wires with a length of 80~9999mm and a cross - sectional area of 0.1~2.0mm2 (V - knife stripping mode) /wire outer diameter of φ1.0 ~ 4.0mm (spiral - stripping mode). The maximum efficiency of the main machine can reach 3000 ~3200pcs/h (only double - head crimping, without starting the spiral - stripping function). It is equipped with a pre - wire feeding function to prevent wire length variations. A tension meter and a digital micrometer are optional.
