HBQ-G401B is a semi-automatic screw and inspection machine (V3.0). It is mainly used for tightening nuts of automotive fuse boxes or charging guns of EV. The torque values of nut tightening can be uploaded to the MES system in real -time for traceability. The machine has functions such as error-prevention for tightening multiple screws, error-prevention for the screw-tightening sequence, custom-setting of torque for tightening multiple screws, custom-setting of visual recipes, torque spot-check upon startup, product reading by scanning codes, high/low-torque alarm for electric screwdriver tightening, intelligent rework (which can be based on the binding of fuses and nuts), query of production logs. HBQ-G420 is a semi-automatic pressure assembly machine. It is mainly used for tasks such as pressing fuses into electrical boxes, connecting charging ports of high-voltage wire harnesses, and connecting interfaces of energy storage connection wires, as well as other riveting products. The product pressure data can be uploaded to the MES system in real- time, and production logs can be queried for traceability. The device has multiple application scenarios. The pressure stroke can be custom-set, and the pressure recipe can be DIY-adjusted according to actual needs. The machine is equipped with a visual inspection function, and the visual recipe can be set according to the actual product. It has a dual-station processing function, which shortens the product processing cycle time (CT). There are four optional ways to read products by scanning codes: no barcode, fixed barcode, non-fixed barcode, and regular series barcode. It is widely applicable to various series of marked products. The host computer program software is developed by Haichang Intelligence, which can greatly meet the customized needs of customers. The whole machine mainly consists of a frame, a three-axis servo module, a precision pressure sensor, a host computer, a PLC, a display component, and a dual-station fixture. The fixture can be custom- designed according to the shape of the customer's product. The device has error-prevention and fool-proof functions. If the set product is not completely processed or the pressure fails, the device will automatically lock the product and give an alarm.
