  HBQ-G501 automatic tin dipping machine (second generation) is a wire harness processing equipment that automatically crimps one end of the terminal and dips the other end with tin. Its functions include crimping and seal loading (optional), terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), wire twisting, tin dipping, etc. The overall layout adopts a modular design, featuring high efficiency and convenient debugging. The equipment is equipped with terminal pressure inspection, terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), NG cut-off fool-proofing (optional), micrometer (optional), and tensile tester (optional) to prevent defective products from being released.
