HBQ-G421 Laser Height Visual Testing Table
HBQ-G421 is a fuse-box visual height detection machine, mainly used for the visual recognition and height recognition of fuses, slow-blow fuses, and relays in electrical boxes. The height result data can be uploaded to the MES system in real-time, and production logs can be queried for traceability. The machine has multiple application scenarios. The visual formula and height detection formula can be adjusted DIY according to actual needs. There are four optional ways to read products by scanning codes: no barcode, fixed barcode, non-fixed barcode, and regular series barcode. The device has error-prevention and fool-proof functions. GZ-0012 Air-leakage Testing Table
GZ-0012 air-leakage testing table is a special machine independently developed by our company for the air-tightness and conductivity testing of connector plastic housings. Through the PLC and host-computer system, this machine can not only detect the continuity of the interlocking pieces inside the plastic housing, but also control the air-tightness tester to inflate and maintain pressure on the connector, thus achieving the purpose of detecting connector leakage. It is mainly used to detect defects such as holes and cracks in the connector plastic housing during injection molding, as well as for the selection of seals and core wires in the wire harness design stage and incoming material verification.
